I had a delightful stay at Terrass Hotel Zamora. The staff were incredibly friendly, quickly assisting me with my inquiries, and offered helpful tips for local attractions. I particularly enjoyed the great location, being just a short stroll away from the historic district, with plenty of shops and restaurants close by.
Beds were not very comfortable.

The breakfast at Terrass Hotel Zamora was satisfying with ample options.
Despite the positive aspects, my experience was marred by the uncomfortable beds, which felt extremely hard and made sleeping difficult. Additionally, the bathroom was lacking basic amenities such as tissue and hair care products, creating an inconvenient stay. It was disappointing not to find a hair dryer available, as it is a standard item in most hotels.

The breakfast at Terrass Hotel Zamora really hit the mark. Tons of options, perfect for fueling up for a day of exploring. Location wise, being close to the historic section made it so easy to check out local shops and restaurants. Friendly service set a welcoming tone. However, the beds in my room were on the hard side, not the most comfortable for a good night's sleep. Also, I found it odd that the bathroom lacked basic items like tissue and hair products. A hair dryer would have been a nice touch as well. Overall, a solid stay but a few tweaks would make it even better.

I loved how the buffet was super well stocked and the cozy little lounge area really helped me unwind after a long day. You can relax on the sun terrace or chill in the leisure room, which is great for taking a break. Just a heads up, the beds could be a bit softer for a better night’s sleep, but overall it was a fantastic stay! 😊
